In this essay I maintained that Irshad Manji was not supporting the anti—Sharia campaign in Canada. This was an error. In fact I came across a letter (to the anti—Sharia campaign director, the Iranian secularist Homa Arjmand) indicating that she has written a letter in support of the campaign, and is scheduled to make a public appearance with both Hirsi Ali and the Anti—Sharia campaign organizer, Homa Arjmand on August 12th in Toronto. This is a very positive development, which I felt should be brought to the attention of your readers.
