A story in the New York Daily News about the two boys who were lost at sea for six days said

"Other survivors of shipwrecks and strandings have lived for more than a week without water, enduring excruciating pain as their organs fail and their minds slip toward delirium."
 
I don't remember hearing any of the so—called medical experts that were called upon (and/or paid to appear) by the MSM speaking about Terri Schiavo having to endure excruciating pain as her organs failed during the 13 days it took for her to die.
