Further evidence of the crumbling of the Democratic Party is provided by the spectacle of widespread failure of Democrat Congressional Representatives to pay their dues to the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC). Millions of dollars are involved, and the DCCC is vital to electing more Democrats. But invididual Representatives still refuse to pay their six figure assessments.
