Kerry's desperation move

Another indication that Kerry is getting desperate ——he's calling on his big brother, fellow Massachusetts Democratic Senator Edward Kennedy, to campaign for him. Kennedy plans to run interference for Kerry in the Senate plus make personal campaign apearances with him. This might aid Kerry in areas within the Massachusetts orbit but it is questionable how this will play in Peoria.
