Just got back from transferring buses from the 42nd Street Crosstown to the First Avenue line —— right at UN headquarters.

Thousands of UN employees were streaming out of the building and being guided by UN security/police, some equipped with bullhorns, down First Avenue to an assembly point at 38th street for what they were announcing as an "evacuation drill."

John Bolton has been there only a couple of days, and already he is getting impressive results!
