Sevan's laughable statement

Benon Sevan's mouthpiece issued a public relations piece which states that Volcker's Committee has succumbed to massive political pressure and now seeks to "scapegoat" Benon Sevan for "problems" with the Oil—for—Food Program. States there is no smoking gun (since when has this become necessary to prove guilt, anyway?) and that Mr.. Sevan never took a penny (but how about a EURO?)...blah..blah..blah. Where did the six figures come from? Not your poor aunt.
