Supreme Court = God?

Betsy Newmark catches Nancy Pelosi making an idiot of herself, discussing proposals to counter the Supreme Court's Kelo Decision. It is quite evident that the Minority Leader cannot perform elementary legal analysis. Even worse, she evidently defends the arbitrary power of the Supreme Court reflexively.
