Today's Toronto Sun carries a terrific opinion piece by Michael Coren, on the judgment of history and wars. Do yourself a favor and read the entire article here. Sun Media, the chain of newspapers in Canada which owns the Toronto Sun, publishes some of the best commentary found anywhere in North America. For reasons which remain obscure to me, Canada's cities seem able to support competitive newspaper markets while America's cities mostly do not. Congratulations to Sun Media for providing a countepoint to an almost uniformly left wing Canadian media.
