The Master at work

I have to assume that nearly everyone who reads this website follows the work of Mark Steyn, the impossibly brilliant and funny columnist. That Steyn has never won a Pulitzer while Maureen Dowd has is, to paraphrase Senator Durbin (or maybe actually Iowahawk), a war crime worthy of the Nazis.

In case you haven't seen it, do not miss Steyn's treatment of Senator Durbin.

It is time somebody said it: Steyn is the best writer of political opinion journalism in the world, and a humorist ranking with the immortals such as Twain. If the world of journalism were not as corrupted by the left as it is, Steyn would be univresally acknowledged as the Master of his craft.
