What was he thinking?

As reported by the Daily Telegraph, Robin Cook, the former Foreign Minster who resigned over Tony Blair's decision to go to war, has had a pop at US soldiers by complaining that they act too much like 'warriors'. What are they supposed to act like, social workers?
