I continue to marvel at how the MSM (mainstream media) refuses to hold Democrats to the slightest standard of human decency as long as their despicable scheme furthers their agenda and defeats Republicans.

Case in point: Harry Reid and other Democrats are proclaiming that all stories of Obamacare harming Americans are “Republican” lies.

Their evil and inhumane lie is the height of cold, callous politics.  It is easily debunked, with millions of documented incidents of ObamaCare devastating and jeopardizing American lives.  And yet, for the most part, the response of the MSM has been a yawn -- no outrage, no running to the defense of the victims.

We heard more MSM outrage over Mitt Romney transporting his dog on the roof of his car than we have heard about Harry Reid calling extremely ill Americans liars.

It appears that the MSM believes that Democrat victory trumps everything, including human suffering and lives.

Reid's and the Democrats' behavior of putting politics before lives, and the MSM ignoring it, is not new.  During the government shutdown, Republicans wanted to pass a provision allowing children with cancer to receive their meds during the shutdown.  Harry Reid refused to bring it to a vote, saying, “Why would we want to do that?” 

Reid's agenda of ginning up hate for Republicans for shutting down the government trumped the lives of sick kids.  Folks, that is pure evil.  Most of the MSM yawned at Reid's heartless statement.

Now Reid is leading the charge again, throwing the character, dignity, and health of extremely ill victims under the bus in defense of the Democrats' unprecedented destructive and unlawful power-grab called ObamaCare.

Where are the MSM, the self-proclaimed champions of human suffering?  Why are they not challenging Reid's and his fellow Democrats' insidiously conceived mantra against the sick and dying?

Is this the reality of MSM reporting of politics in America today?  Democrats being allowed to use lies and deceit, considering human suffering and lives acceptable collateral damage in furthering their socialist/progressive agenda?  Lord help us.
