70% of French say ideal job is civil servant

I doubt this starling fact has anything to do with Liberty, Equality, Fraternity or love of nation.It is economic insecurity. And since when is a civil servant civil? Especially a French one?

The emasculation the work ethic by pandering politicians who enact laws meant to vitiate this ethic has reached its apotheosis. Good luck, Europe—you will need it.
