America has ignored racism?

By

Eugene Robinson, columnist for the Washington post, joins the hysterial reaction of the left to a hurricane and flood, claiming that America has ignored racism and povert for twenty years prior to Katrina. IGNORED? Poverty and racism are two linchpins of politics and expenditures in the federal budget (let along the state budgets) to address these issues, and are massive drains on taxpayers. However, I guess we could never have enough spending to quench the desires of some on the left. Twisting the truth so obviously only makes visible their own lack of scruples.
