Another UN scandal?

Not that this latest headline and news about the UN should be a surprise: "Swiss Investigates Possibility of Bribery in U.N. Contract"
 
but what is surprising is people are surprised.
 
Memo to UN:  Team up with the Chicago/Cook County Democrats. Reports of scandals erupt regularly and spectacularly, but the citizenry yawns and giggles as corruption continues with just a few scapegoats receiving punishment. 

Hey even the MSM are impressed, naming Chicago's Mayor Richard Daley as one of the five best because his imperial style guarantees the trains run on time.
 
Memo to Chicago/Cook County citizens:  Look to those who are not only angry at UN corruption but are desperately trying to stop it. Do something!
