Huh? I suppose this is the same as " I have been exonerated"

Annan said he hoped Jewish leaders would help push his reform agenda.

Yes.. I am sure that immense population of 13,000,000 Jews worldwide will help push his agenda. This idea of Jews pushing his agenda leads one to believe that he harbors views of immense Jewish influence — itself an anti—Semitic shibboleth.
