Nader tossed off ballot in NM, Ark

Ferocious legal maneuvers such as this make a mockery of democracy.  Major parties, minor parties, goofy parties, one issue parties——all should all be allowed on the ballot.  Rather than discredit democracy, California's recent gubernatorial election enhanced it  when so many candidates of diverse backgrounds and multiple motivations vied for the job. 
 
Both parties should work to get Ralph Nader and other candidates on the presidential ballot in all 50 states.  Let the voting begin.
