Robert Sciolino wonders what is next, if Hurrican Ophelia becomes a disaster:

When (if) Hurricane Ophelia hits North or South Carolina on Monday, the race card will once again come out again as there are many more whites in that area than N.O. Now there will come a daily comparison of how resources are being removed from N.O. and brought to the Carolina's because Bush is a racist. Just watch (but I know you know this already).
