Expect this video to start running soon by pro—Kerry forces, with former Lt. Governor Ben Barnes claiming he used special influence to get George W. Bush into the Texas Air National Guard.

The web video is clever and deceptive because it makes it seem as if Bush or his family used family connections to get Bush into the Guard. But in this 1999 article from the Washington Post, Barnes seems to have dismissed this angle.Plus there is a scandal involving Barnes and Gtech (what a coincidence). I also seem to remember that Barnes and the Bush's may have had political battles in the past.
