So sue me
You just knew this was going to happen didn't you?
A group of Austrian and German victims of the Asian tsunami disaster are to file a lawsuit demanding that Thailand, French hotel chain Accor and US forecasters prove they reacted adequately to the disaster, their lawyers said.
Naturally the suit will be filed in the United States.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if all the defendants countersued these so called victims? On what grounds? Hmmm, with their wonderful German thoroughness, why didn't these vacationers check out the geography of the area? They then might have discovered the fault line and chose not to go.
And of course the countersuit should be filed in San Francisco.
