Russian ship aggressively approached USS Farragut

A Russian Navy ship aggressively approached the USS Farragut and took a disturbingly long time to back off to the legal distance in open waters.  It may be a sign that Vladimir Putin, whose economy is suffering because of Trump's actions, is hoping to destabilize the Trump presidency.
